Crack is wack, except when it comes to covering the Mayor of Toronto’s admitted crack usage. In that case, it’s just pure Twitter buzz gold for Anderson Cooper, who won the best in hour and best in day in the Cable News Twitter Ratings for 11/5 with his coverage of Rob Ford.
(Evening update)
The Nielsens are in and confirm uptick in activity: Anderson Cooper 360, a week before that, had 108,000 viewers in the 24-54 age bracket, while last night got 212,000 viewers, nearly double. Last week he got 1092 mentions during the show, while this week he got about 3500.
