Sean Hannity won the day on Wednesday, winning both best hour and best day overall in Cable News Twitter.  Hannity was followed by The Kelly File, Bret Baier, Rachel Maddow, and Morning Joe:

Amusing note … Hannity had 3,504 mentions during his broadcast hour, while Kelly had 3,503 during her hour.  I don’t think I’ve seen it closer before!

Stephen Colbert wins Cable News Twitter on Tuesday, December 9, 2014

Hannity starts the week off with a sweep of Cable News Twitter (12/8/14)

A fast start to the week for Hannity as he captures both the Best Hour and Best Day overall. Hannity was followed by Kelly, Colbert, The Five, and AC360:

The Colbert Report was noteworthy as broadcast from George Washington University in DC, and almost the entire show was an interview with President Obama.  Had I included mentions of the President, the Report would have probably won.

Another strong winning Saturday for Fox News’ Cashin’ In, although down a bit from its recent peak.  There appears to be nothing fundamental about this — just a slower news day.  #CashinIn still was the most popular word or hashtag overall.
