Some days cable news is like a teenage boy. Yesterday, it was a teenage girl (or at least memories of being one), with tags related to “Mean Girls'” 10th anniversary taking second, sixth, and seventh place. Had they been all one hashtag, they would have dominated all other tags.

April ended on a strong day for The Ed Show, breaking the 2K mentions during its broadcast. Only E! News managed to come close, and they’re kind of in a different category of news.
Fox News’ new “Outnumbered” has managed to swing is mentions even more strongly male, making it clear that, whatever the hopes were that the show would be a female friendly hour, it has turned out the opposite.
